The terms & conditions of booking constitute a contract between you and Craignay House. Once a booking has been made, you are then bound by the terms and conditions of booking stated below:

In the event of no show or cancellation of a booking up to 72 hours prior to the intended arrival the accommodation will be charged for unless the room(s) is (are) re-let. If you need to cut short your stay, the full number of nights reserved will be charged for unless 72 hours notice is given of this change to your reservation.

If a deposit has been paid and the accommodation is cancelled within 72 hours of the intended arrival, the accommodation must be re-let in order to refund the deposit.

There is a 3% surcharge on all payments made by credit card and business credit card.

If the accommodation is being invoiced, credit terms are stated on the invoice and must be adhered to.
